The Life platform website (www.life-platform.com) may be used for private use at no charge. By using the online stores www.life-platform.com (“Online Store”), you agree to abide by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“General Terms and Conditions”).
Please read these General Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Website or Online Store or before ordering products from Bosotina d.o.o electronically. When you visit our Website to inform yourself about products or access customers of our products through the Online Store or ordering our products electronically, it is considered that you have read and agreed to these General Terms and Conditions. In case you do not agree with these General Terms and Conditions, please do not use our website to purchase products or inform yourself about them or order our products electronically.
These General Terms and Conditions also have the effect of a pre-contractual notice referred to Article 57, paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette 41/14, 110/15, 14/19).
2. TERMS OF PURCHASE
By ordering products from Bosotina d.o.o. by electronic means and/or by using the Online Store, it is considered that you are familiar with these General Terms and Conditions and the valid product prices published on www.life-platform.com and that you accept them. Bosotina d.o.o. is not responsible for any disputes that may arise because you have not read the General Terms and Conditions.
The procedure, as well as the conditions of purchase/sale of products electronically and/or through the Online Store, is defined by the following parameters: order, shipping, payment, delivery, complaint of goods.

Bosotina d.o.o. allows customers to purchase products listed in the Online Store through the Online Store and an order sent by email to email@example.com. For these General Terms and Conditions, a customer is considered to be any person who electronically orders at least one product, and in the case of a purchase through the Online Store, fills in the required information in the registration form. All product prices are expressed in kunas (kn) including VAT.
3. ORDERING PRODUCTS
Products are ordered electronically, by e-mail or via the Online Store.
In the case of ordering products by e-mail, the goods are considered ordered when Bosotina d.o.o. takes the order. You will receive confirmation that the order has been received at the e-mail address from which you sent the order. The confirmation of the order contains the products you have ordered and the total price of the order, as well as a link to these General Terms and Conditions, which means that Bosotina d.o.o. fulfilled the obligation to deliver the contract to the buyer. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact us in one of the ways listed in the Contact menu.
Purchasing a product through the online store begins by selecting the Add to cart option, which automatically saves the selected product to the cart. It is possible to purchase products saved in the cart as a guest or as a registered user, after entering the customer data (billing data) and delivery address, which will automatically appear in the cart, by selecting the Add to cart option. Goods are considered ordered at the moment when the customer completes the entire order process. You will receive a confirmation that the order has been received at the e-mail address you registered as a customer. The confirmation of the order contains the products you have ordered and the total price of the order, as well as a link to these General Terms and Conditions, which means that Bosotina d.o.o. fulfilled the obligation to deliver the contract to the buyer. If you do not receive this confirmation, please check if the ordered products are in your cart after registration. If the cart is empty, please contact us in one of the ways listed in the Contact menu.
Bosotina d.o.o. will deliver all ordered products. If Bosotina d.o.o. is unable to deliver the specified product, the order will be reduced, of which you will be notified via the aforementioned order confirmation.
4. ONE-TIME PURCHASE THROUGH THE ONLINE STORE
A one-time purchase means a one-time order of one or more products.
The price of a single purchase includes the price of the products covered by the order, as published on the Online Store (www.life-platform.com including VAT). Import duties, customs clearance costs, taxes and fees related to imported products are not included in the regular price, but customers are required to check in advance, before ordering, whether they exist and, if so, in what amount.
The buyer pays for the products at the price specified in the order confirmation.
The customer pays for the ordered products in one of the following ways:
by credit card
cash on delivery
All prices are expressed and are paid in HRK.
6. SHIPMENT OF PRODUCTS
The ordered products will be stacked and protected to prevent possible damage during transport. When accepting the ordered products, the buyer is obliged to check for possible damage and in case of damage immediately report it to the delivery person and return the damaged products. Otherwise, subsequent complaints are not accepted.
7. PRODUCT DELIVERY
The completion of the delivery of the product is considered the delivery of the products covered by the individual order in the possession of the customer or a third party designated by the customer.
We deliver all ordered products via the agreed courier service. Shipping is free for all orders.
8. COMPLAINT AND PRODUCT RETURN
In case of return of the product, the buyer is obliged to send a justified complaint to the supplier. The customer has the right to return the product in the following cases:
delivery of products that are not ordered or included in the subscription
delivery of a product that has a defect or damage that did not occur during transport.
Please compare the received items with the invoice and if something is missing, notify your delivery person immediately. We do not accept subsequent complaints.
9. INQUIRIES AND COMPLAINTS
In case you have an inquiry or complaint regarding the purchase of products from our range electronically (Online store and e-mail order), please send it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Bosotina d.o.o. will respond to your inquiry or complaint as soon as possible, as well as take all reasonable measures to eliminate the reasons for which the complaint was sent.
10. UNILATERAL TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT
The buyer has the right within 14 days from the date of delivery of one-time ordered products, to unilaterally terminate the contract for the purchase of products via the Online Store or e-mail sent to email@example.com, without giving a reason (“unilateral termination”). Upon expiration of the specified period, the buyer loses the right to unilateral termination of the contract.
If the same delivery includes several pieces of product that are part of the same delivery, but are delivered to the customer separately or in several shipments, the deadline for unilateral termination of the contract begins on the day of delivery of the last shipment.
The buyer must notify Bosotina d.o.o. on the use of the right to unilateral termination of the contract before the expiration of the deadline for unilateral termination by an unambiguous written statement sent by registered mail to the address of the headquarters of Bosotina d.o.o. or by e-mail sent to firstname.lastname@example.org, stating name, address, contact phone number or e-mail address, date of order and the name and quantity of the product for which the customer uses the right to unilateral termination of the contract.
Bosotina d.o.o. will without delay, to the e-mail address specified by the customer in the statement on unilateral termination of the contract or, if the customer did not specify it in the statement on unilateral termination, to the customer’s e-mail address specified when ordering the product, deliver the receipt of the statement of termination.
In the event of unilateral termination of the contract, the parties are not obliged to fulfill their obligations under the terminated purchase contract, ie they are obliged to return to each other everything they received based on the contract unilaterally terminated by the buyer.
The customer must return the product without delay, and no later than 14 days from the notice of termination given per these General Terms and Conditions. The buyer bears the direct costs of returning the product to the address of the headquarters of Bosotina d.o.o. It is considered that the Buyer has fulfilled the obligation to return the product on time if he sends the product to the address of the headquarters of Bosotina d.o.o. before the expiration of the aforementioned period and submits proof of sending the product to the headquarters of Bosotina d.o.o. by e-mail sent to email@example.com or if you deliver the product to the address of the headquarters of Bosotina d.o.o. The customer is responsible for any impairment of the product resulting from the handling of the product, other than that which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the product.
Bosotina d.o.o. will refund the payment after the products are returned, i.e. after the buyer submits to firstname.lastname@example.org proof that the products were sent to the address of the headquarters of Bosotina d.o.o. if the evidence is submitted before receipt of the product.
If the product is returned defective, with major damage or without parts and documentation and if it is not delivered within a subsequent period of 8 days, it is considered that the buyer has not fulfilled its obligation to return the product and Bosotina d.o.o. is not obliged to make a refund.
Bosotina d.o.o. will not reimburse additional costs resulting from the customer’s explicit choice of mode of transport that is different from the standard mode of transport of products purchased electronically.
Bosotina d.o.o. will refund the payment using the same means of payment used by the buyer in the payment, unless the buyer explicitly agrees to another means of payment and if the buyer is not obliged to pay additional costs for such a refund.
The buyer is not entitled to unilateral termination of the contract if:
11. LIABILITY FOR MATERIAL DEFICIENCIES
Bosotina d.o.o. is liable for material defects of products purchased through the Online Store or electronically per the Civil Obligations Act and the Consumer Protection Act, in the valid text of these regulations.
12. SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES
In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with the purchase of products through the Online Store or electronically, an application may be submitted to the Court of Honor of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce or a proposal for conciliation at conciliation centers, per the rules of procedure of these bodies.
13. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Bosotina d.o.o. undertakes to protect the privacy and confidentiality of personal data of its customers and users of the Website, including the Online Store.
Bosotina d.o.o., as the head of data processing, collects only those personal data that customers/users provide themselves and which are necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were given. The collected personal data is used to sell products through the Online Store or electronically, delivery of purchased products, answering customer/user inquiries, contacting customers/users and improving our products and services, as well as for other similar purposes. By submitting your data, you declare your consent to their collection, processing, use and, when an adequate level of personal data protection is guaranteed, forwarding per the purpose for which they were provided to us, as well as per national regulations.
All collected personal data is strictly kept and is available only to employees and business partners who need this data for the aforementioned purposes. All employees and business partners are responsible for respecting the principles of protection of privacy and confidentiality of personal data.
Registration on the Online Store and purchase of products through it is possible as a guest or by opening a user profile, by selecting the “My Profile” option. To register on the Online Store and purchase products through it, you must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity. The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data entered in the registration form. If you change the information you entered during registration, you are required to update your account to notify us of any changes.
When registering on the Online Store, you will be required to create a username and password that you keep and do not share with other people. You are responsible for all actions and orders ordered under your password. If you know or suspect that someone else is using your password, you must notify us.
Bosotina d.o.o. reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions. We will inform all registered users about the change of the General Terms and Conditions via the e-mail addresses they entered during registration. If you do not agree and do not accept these General Terms and Conditions, please contact us by email and in the meantime do not use the services of the Life-platform Online Store or the ability to order our products by email.
17. AVAILABILITY OF LIFE-PLATFORM INTERNET SHOP
Bosotina d.o.o. strives to provide you with the best possible service, but we cannot guarantee that it will suit your needs. In addition, Bosotina d.o.o. cannot guarantee that the service will be performed without possible errors. If an error occurs, please report it by email to email@example.com so that we can fix it as soon as possible. Access to the Life-platform Online Store may sometimes be unavailable due to technical work.
If any of the links on the life-platform.com website take you to another site, Bosotina d.o.o. does not control the content on the same and we are not responsible for their content.
