Use

For increased purification, we advise starting with 1 capsule a day during the first week, followed by two capsules a day in the second week, and gradually increasing to three capsules a day in the third week. After that, we suggest maintaining a dosage of three capsules a day for 1-2 months. Once this period is complete, individuals may revert to taking one capsule a day for maintenance. Take all capsules with meals.

Chlorella is a powerful detoxifying green algae that’s remained virtually unchanged over 2 billion years. Its special detoxification properties enable it to bind heavy metals, pesticide residues and other harmful chemicals, while at the same time it does not bind useful minerals such as magnesium, zinc and calcium. It is rich in nutrients: B group vitamins, vitamin C, E, beta carotene, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, and it contains a larger amount of protein than meat. Chlorella contains a unique phytonutrient – sporopollenin. Sporopollenin has the ability to detoxify the body from biotoxins, filters xenobiotics such as phytates, dioxins, pesticides and industrial waste, and can bind and eliminate heavy metals such as mercury, lead, nickel and aluminum. Chlorella also increases the body’s production of glutathione and strengthens immunity (it has the ability to stimulate NK cells), has a favorable effect on cholesterol metabolism, it alkalizes the body, achieving an anti-inflammatory effect, lowering blood pressure, maintaining hormonal balance and removing unpleasant body odors.
Taurine is an amino acid, and the highest concentrations are found in the brain, heart, muscles and eyes. The main role of taurine is to maintain adequate hydration and electrolyte balance in the cells, regulate the concentration of calcium inside the cells, help in the creation of bile salts, and support the function of the brain and eyes. The antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties of taurine help regulate insulin resistance, and in athletes it increases oxygen intake, reduces muscle damage, prolongs the time until fatigue occurs, improves recovery time, and has a positive effect on strength and explosiveness.

Polygonum extract is the best known source of resveratrol, one of the most powerful known antioxidants, and PURIFICA contains as much as 95% of it. Resveratrol is a polyphenol that has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and anti-cancer properties. In the long term, it helps prevent the development of chronic diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, type II diabetes and cancer.
Milk thistle seeds are the most important part of the plant because they contain silymarin, and ENRGIA PURIFICA contains as much as 80%. Along with it, 30% of silybin and isosilybin are represented. Silymarin is a complex mixture of flavonolignans. The primary constituents of silymarin are the flavonolignan isomers silybins A and B, isosilybins A and B, silycristin, silydianin and their flavonoid precursor, taxifolin. Silymarin is best known for its hepatoprotective effect, stabilizing cell membranes, thereby preventing the entry of toxic substances into the cell. Silymarin stimulates the synthesis and activity of enzymes responsible for detoxification processes. Silymarin stimulates the glutathione S-transferase pathway and changes the intracellular concentration of glutathione and neutralizes a wide range of free radicals. In addition to its hepatoprotective effect, silymarin has positive effects on inflammatory conditions of the skin, reduces cholesterol levels, helps regulate body weight, glucose and insulin levels, prevents bone loss, and more recently its positive effects on slowing the growth of cancer cells (prostate, breast, colon, cervix…) and increasing the effectiveness of chemotherapy are being studied.
Zinc is considered an essential nutrient, meaning that the body cannot produce or store it. It is necessary for the proper expression of genes, enzymatic reactions, relieves oxidative stress and improves the immune response by stimulating the activity of T lymphocytes and NK cells, and participates in protein synthesis. Zinc achieves its positive effects through the proper functioning of the immune system, and by reducing oxidative stress it prevents the occurrence of cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, macular degeneration, improves sperm quality, ensures faster healing of wounds, and also has positive effects in skin diseases (acne, atopic dermatitis) and neurological disorders such as peripheral polyneuropathy.
Tomato fruit extract contains 10% lycopene, which belongs to the group of carotenoid plant pigments. Lycopene is an antioxidant that binds free oxygen radicals, and in addition to its antioxidant properties, it also has anti-inflammatory effects. Because it acts as an antioxidant, lycopene prevents skin damage by protecting collagen, which has positive effects on the elasticity and firmness of the skin. By preventing lipid oxidation, it prevents the development of atherosclerotic plaques and has a cardioprotective effect, and more recently its anticarcinogenic effect has been considered, especially in prostate, lung, colon and skin cancers.
S – adenosyl L – methionine is an amino acid that is created in the body from methionine and ATP (adenosine triphosphate) in a reaction catalyzed by methionine – adenosyltransferase. The basic function of SAM-e is transmethylation; that is, SAM-e represents the main methyl group donor in most metabolic reactions. As the main co-substrate in the reactions of the formation of neurotransmitters, it directly affects the synthesis of serotonin, dopamine and noradrenaline, as well as the sensitivity of nerve cell receptors. The reduction and imbalance of serotonin, dopamine and noradrenaline in the body directly affects the onset of depression as well as various mood changes.
Selenium contributes to the normal function of the immune system, normal spermatogenesis, maintenance of normal hair and nails, and protection of cells from oxidative stress. Although it is premature to call selenium a nutrient that guarantees longevity, the results of numerous studies show that this essential element plays an important role in preserving the health of the elderly population. In addition to reducing mortality from cancer, good selenium status can protect older people from muscle weakness and cognitive decline.
Glycine is one of the three amino acids that the body uses in the production of glutathione, a powerful antioxidant that protects cells from oxidative stress, and the body also uses it in the production of creatine, while 30% of all amino acids in collagen are glycine. Glycine improves the quality of sleep, has cardio and hepatoprotective effects, and is necessary for the proper functioning of the central nervous system. According to scientific studies, this amino acid can help inhibit neurotransmitters that cause hyperactivity as well as manic (bipolar) depression.
